ALB and Hypocalcemia: The survival analysis showed that a lower albumin level (p < 0.001), a lower hemoglobin level (p = 0.030), the TNM stage (p < 0.001), brain metastasis (p = 0.005), a higher ECOG score (p < 0.001), hypocalcemia (p = 0.020), renal insufficiency (p = 0.033), and the efficacy of sodium supplementation (p ≤ 0.001) were significantly associated with the overall survival of severe hyponatremia cancer patients in the oncologic emergency department (Table 3).
