Notably, the top five genes from OpenTargets (https://platform.opentargets.org/disease/MONDO_0001751/associations) with the highest gene association scores for cholestasis –ABCB11, ATP8B1, ABCB4, USP53 and ZFYVE19 – along with the inour feature importance analysis highly ranked albumin, were not predictedby any of the target prediction tools, under the applied filters,for the cholestasis data set. Here, ATP8B1 is linked to cholestasis.
