In other cancers, biallelic loss of genes such as SDHC, TENT5 C, CUL3, CDKN2 A, CDKN2B, FAT1, SMARCA4, STK11, and KEAP1 was highly correlated with increased HRD scores, while TOP1, DNMT3B, ASXL1, PTPRT, SDHA, RAD21, and mismatch repair (MMR) core genes (MSH2, PMS2, MSH6 and MLH1) correlated with decreased HRD scores. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2B and cancer.
