Lorlatinib was the most effective treatment for controlling brain metastases in ALK-mutated NSCLC patients with an RMST of 20.5 months (95%CI=18.44-22.55 months), followed by envonalkib and brigatinib which showed similar RMST with 2 months less than lorlatinib. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
