The results show that under the higher level of exogenous AEP, the phosphorylation level of AKT, ERK, and NF‐κB pathways, and the EMT level increased in breast cancer cells (Figure 4D), indicating that exogenous AEP can enhance the level of epithelial‐mesenchymal transformation of breast cancer cells and affect the ability of breast cancer cells to metastasize and invade. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is breast cancer.
