Microbiota-colonized Ex-GF stroke mice showed a slight reduction in the percentage of CD62L+ immature neutrophils [16] in the blood (< 1%) and spleen but not in BM (Figure S1B-D) and a higher frequency of CXCR4+ activated neutrophils [17] in the blood and spleen, but not in BM (Figure S1E-G).
