A comprehensive correlation analysis between the patients’ p53 aggregate concentrations and clinical profiles is therefore needed to confirm the clinical implications of p53 aggregates, ideally for both pre-operative and follow-up patients; however, the multiplicity of prognostic factors in patients with brain cancer, such as the size and location of the tumour and the functional status of the patient, mandate a multivariant analysis with a larger numbers of patients included. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is brain cancer.
