Univariate analysis revealed statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) in procalcitonin (PCT), prothrombin time (PT), APTT, international normalized ratio (INR), UN, OI, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), septic shock, heart disease, CHF and moderate/severe CKD between the vancomycin overexposure and compliant groups. This evidence concerns the gene F2 and congestive heart failure.
