Given our findings that concurrent high expression of CXCL13, CXCR5, and CD8+ T cells predicts a favorable clinical response to ICIs in patients with GC and that CXCR5+CD8+ T cells may play a pivotal role during ICI treatment, we further investigated the impact of CXCL13 on anti-PD-1 therapy. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL13 and gastric cancer.
