Specifically, in the psoriasis dataset, hub genes KIF4A, DLGAP5, NCAPG, CCNB1, and CEP55 were strongly positively correlated with activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, activated dendritic cells, myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), and γδT cells, while negatively correlated with immature dendritic cells and mast cells (Figure 8C). Here, CCNB1 is linked to psoriasis.
