Western blotting results demonstrate that, following SCAMP2 knockdown in bladder cancer cells, the proliferation marker Ki67 is significantly downregulated, the epithelial marker CDH1 is significantly upregulated, the mesenchymal marker CDH2 is significantly downregulated, and the drug resistance gene ABCC3 is significantly downregulated (Figures 7K, L). This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
