Interestingly, CD14 Mono and CD16 Mono in HLA-B27- JIA exhibited increased upregulation of genes related to the immune response at the early stage of differentiation, whereas in HLA-B27+ JIA, these cell types showed greater upregulation of immune response-related genes at the middle stage of differentiation (Supplementary Figure S10C). This evidence concerns the gene CD14 and juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
