Our research revealed that PSVII significantly reduced the levels of IL-17, IL-23, IL-6, IL-2, and TNF-α in peripheral blood in a mouse model of psoriasis (Fig. 3A), and also decreased the expression of IL-6 (Figure S2A, S2B) and TNF-α (Fig. 3B, C and D) in psoriatic cells, thus effectively suppressing the inflammatory response associated with psoriasis. This evidence concerns the gene IL2 and psoriasis.
