The results showed that immunization with the Triple therapy group elicited a strong cell-mediate immunity as the highest rate of lymphocyte proliferation and IFN-γ and IL-4 levels were evaluated in this group, and the difference between this group (Triple therapy) and the other combination and monotherapy groups was statistically significant and recommended this kind of treatment is a reliable therapy which provoked a moderately effective immune response against TC-1-induced tumors and caused suppression of tumor growth. This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and neoplasm.
