According to the fluorescence expression of CYB5D2 protein in 80 cases of cervical cancer combined with related clinicopathological features, univariate and multivariate variable analysis showed FIGO stage III–IV, lymph node metastasis, HPV16 infection and low CYB5D2 expression as independent predictors of PFS in patients with cervical cancer after surgery. The gene discussed is CYB5D2; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
