NPPB and hydrops fetalis: The primary outcomes of our study included the following: (i) the ability of the EBT model to accurately estimate BNP levels from ECG data, as indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.766 (95% CI: 0.740 –0.791), (ii) the development of the DEHT model for HF status identification, demonstrating an AUROC of 0.889 (95% CI: 0.879–0.898) and an accuracy of 0.871 (95% CI: 0.864–0.878); and (iii) the attention mapping analysis that emphasized the significance of the QRS complex in the models’ decision-making, as shown in Figures 5 and 6.
