Given that HHLA2 undergoes glycosylation by the STT3 oligosaccharyltransferase complex in colorectal cancer [34], and that STT3A was identified as an HHLA2-interacting protein in our study (Fig. 2C), we investigated the role of HHLA2 glycosylation in c-Met binding.
