CSF1R and bone neoplasm: Immunofluorescence staining not only verified the depletion of total TAMs (both F4/80+CD206+ and F4/80+CD206-) in the bone tumors after CSF1R blockade but confirmed the suppressing effects of ASH1L inhibition on pro-tumoral TAMs (F4/80+CD206+) in the bone niche (Fig. 7d and Supplementary Fig. 9b).
