ERBB2 and breast cancer: Univariate analysis (Fig. 2E) revealed a higher risk in patients with higher numbers of children (HR = 1.08, 95% CI:1.00–1.18), younger age (HR = 1.12, 95% CI: 1.01–-1.21), advanced clinical stage (HR = 3.24, 95% CI: 2.11–4.98), HER2 + BC and TNBC (HR = 2.01, 95% CI: 1.11–3.65 and HR = 1.77, 95% CI: 1.13–2.79, respectively).
