While the majority of glioblastomas do not harbor fusions, one case within our cohort demonstrated a SEPTIN14::EGFR fusion, the commonest fusion demonstrated in glioblastoma.18 A singular case did not demonstrate a canonical fusion: a pilocytic astrocytoma arising in the context of germline NF1 mutation. The gene discussed is SEPTIN14; the disease is pilocytic astrocytoma.
