It has been reported to be involved in the sensing of dietary ω‐6 linoleic acid and the pathological progression of metabolic disorders, breast cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma.[28] Here we have identified FABP5 as an oncogene in ccRCC, which promotes ccRCC cell proliferation, migration, colony formation, organoid, and tumor growth. Here, FABP5 is linked to metabolic disease.
