Therefore, this study aims to investigate the N6-methyladenosine levels in some key transcripts within the NKG2D receptor pathway, e.g. (NKG2D, PIK3, VAV1, Pak1, ERK2), the lytic-dependent pathway (PRF1, GZMH), and the lytic-independent pathway/ligands of the death receptors (FASL and TRAIL) in NK cells from BC patients compared to healthy control subjects. The gene discussed is MAPK1; the disease is breast cancer.
