NSD2 has been shown to play a role in cancer progression by regulating key oncogenes, such as cyclin D1 (CCND1), MYC proto‐oncogene, BHLH transcription factor (MYC), and BCL2 apoptosis regulator (BCL2), which contribute to cell survival and proliferation [26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32].
