As depicted in Figure 2, LRFN4 expression was significantly higher in specific cancers including bladder cancer (BLCA), breast cancer (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colorectal adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) compared to matched normal tissues. Here, LRFN4 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
