As depicted in Figure 11C, the highest frequency of LRFN4 mutations, surpassing 5%, occurred in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC), where alterations were predominantly classified as “mutation.” In gastric cancer, “amplification” represented the main type of copy number alteration (CNA), with mutation frequencies approximating 2% (Figure 11C) (35).
