XCell analysis demonstrated significantly higher infiltration of multiple immune cell populations in chordoma compared to normal tissue, particularly myeloid dendritic cells, macrophages (M1 and M2), NK cells, and various T cell subsets (CD8+ central memory, CD4+ memory, CD4+ effector memory, and CD4+ naive) (Figure 2A-B, Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and chordoma.
