To further elucidate how ATP6V1C1 affects breast cancer progression, we constructed the ATP6V1C1 knockout (KO) cells and discovered that the number of acidic lysosomes in ATP6V1C1 knockout cells was significantly reduced, indicating that ATP6V1C1 was related to lysosome function (Figure 7G, 7H). The gene discussed is ATP6V1C1; the disease is breast cancer.
