The adverse events with these agents in DCS patients in our study were as follows: elevated triglycerides and cholesterol levels (1/81), optic neuritis (2/81), infusion reaction (1/81), hepatic cytolysis (1/81), and psoriasiform exanthema (1/81) with TNF-α inhibitor, and eczematous reaction with secukinumab (1/81). Here, TNF is linked to Dorfman-Chanarin disease.
