ADAM6 was found to be significantly upregulated in TARGET AML tumor samples compared to normal (FC = 1.144, p ≤ 0.001) (Supplementary Figure S4 A), while PRSS1 was found to be downregulated in TARGET AML tumor samples compared to normal samples (FC = −1.698, p ≤ 0.001) (Supplementary Figure S4B). This evidence concerns the gene ADAM6 and acute myeloid leukemia.
