By evaluating drug-set enrichment for psychiatric treatments, we show, for the first time, that medication targets of treatments for SCZ, BiP, MDD, and SUDs (Fig. 1), but not ADHD, PTSD, GAD, or INSOM, are enriched for GWAS findings of their respective disorders (Supplemental Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene GAD1 and attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder.
