CDK2 and cervical cancer: The USP25/KIFC1/MYCBP signal axis detected by RT-PCR did not change the expression level of c-MYC mRNA(Supplementary Fig. 9A, B), but affected the expression levels of c-MYC transcription targets CDK4, CDK2, cyclin D1 and cyclin E (Supplementary Fig. 9C) which these have been reported to be regulated by c-MYC transcription in cervical cancer [45–47].
