Recent studies involving bio-information analysis also identified some immune cell-associated genes in tumor cells, which could affect tumorigenesis such as DACH1 (9) in benign prostatic hyperplasia; ITGB1 (10), HSP90B1 (11, 12), and pre-mRNA processing factor 19 (PRPF19) (13) in bladder carcinoma; and the monocyte-related gene CCNA2 (14) in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD). This evidence concerns the gene PRPF19 and neoplasm.
