Interestingly, ZL effectively alleviates vascular endothelial cells in atherosclerosis by regulating the miR-30b-5p/NLRP3 axis and significantly reduces the AS-related mRNA expression levels of NLRP3, ASC, Caspase 1, IL-1 β, and IL-18 [17]. Here, NLRP3 is linked to atherosclerosis.
