P2RX7 and myeloid sarcoma: Considering 2 obvious limitations of our study, that we: (a) do not have CNS tissue from CLM-treated subjects to demonstrate drug-induced oligodendroglial cell death and (b) did not run a clinical trial of the brain-penetrant P2RX7 inhibitor, which is the only way one could prove pathogenicity of P2RX7-mediated pyroptosis in MS, data we did collect provide robust practically obtainable evidence supporting our conclusions.
