In particular, PAX7 showed elevated levels in breast cancer (BRCA), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), gastric adenocarcinoma (STAD), and thyroid cancer (THCA), with a decrease in expression observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD) and glioma (GBM) (Figure 1B–H).
