Additionally, ML385 reversed the repair effect of APG treatment on pulmonary fibrosis in LIRI rats, significantly increased the fibrotic area (6.39 ± 0.88 vs. 13.89 ± 1.39 %) and the expression of fibrosis-related molecules α-SMA (1.00 ± 0.09 vs. 2.17 ± 0.17), FN (1.00 ± 0.14 vs. 1.46 ± 0.11), and COL-I (1.00 ± 0.08 vs. 2.14 ± 0.16) in the lung tissues of LIRI rats (Figure 6). This evidence concerns the gene ACTA1 and pulmonary fibrosis.
