The phase II KCSG-LU15-09 trial [18] reported an 83% response rate at six weeks, with a median duration of response of 11.2 months (95% CI, 7.7–14.7 months) in 37 NSCLC patients with EGFR mutations other than exon 19 deletion, L858R, T790M, or exon 20 insertion, treated with osimertinib. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
