To address this unmet need, we conducted a 52-week retrospective monocentric study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety profile of the two selective JAK1 inhibitors, upadacitinib at a dosage of 15 or 30 mg and abrocitinib at a dosage of 100 or 200 mg, in patients with severe AD who received continuous treatment for at least one year. Here, JAK1 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
