In our study, the INFLA-score, derived as a sum of four components (including CRP levels, WBC, PLT count, and granulocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio), was employed to evaluate the level of low-grade inflammation [22], and the mediation effect of low-grade inflammation in the association between UPF consumption and psoriasis was 6.22% (p = 0.040). Here, CRP is linked to psoriasis.
