This analysis revealed an increase in CXCR4 expression in both tumoral and metastatic lesions (Figure 4A), highlighting the potential role of CXCR4 in cancer progression (Kruskal–Wallis test p < 0.0001; normal vs. tumor p < 0.0001; normal vs. metastatic p < 0.0001; tumor vs. metastatic p < 0.0001).
