In this context, susceptibility genes can be analyzed, such as KCNQ1, KCNH2, KCNE1, and KCNE2, which are involved in long QT syndrome, the RYR2 gene implicated in catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia type 1, or the SCN5A gene associated with Brugada syndrome [81,82]. This evidence concerns the gene RYR2 and Brugada syndrome.
