Consistent with prior research, univariate analysis in our study identified advanced age, female gender, poor ECOG-PS, elevated WBC count, lower platelet count, higher CRP levels, reduced eGFR, lower serum albumin, positive urine WBCs, positive urine nitrite, and higher CT attenuation values of hydronephrosis as significant predictors of urosepsis. The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is hydronephrosis.
