DCTN1::ALK gene fusion was reported in a series of lung adenocarcinomas, sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor, myelomonocytic leukemia, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma, epithelioid fibrous histiocytoma, atypical Spitz tumor, and three cases of ALK-positive histiocytoses [10,11,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27]. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and glioblastoma.
