Our results show that sex (p = 0.046) and LN involvement (p = 0.028) were significantly associated with the perinuclear LC3A staining pattern in the TC, whereas the diffuse cytoplasmic and SLS staining patterns in the TC were not associated with any variables (i.e., age, tumor stage, grade, metastasis, LVI, or PNI). This evidence concerns the gene MAP1LC3A and neoplasm.
