The preliminary result of glecirasib (a KRAS G12C inhibitor) plus JAB-3312 (an SHP2 inhibitor) demonstrated a manageable safety profile in patients with KRAS-G12C-mutant tumors, including 17 CRCs, and a promising ORR and a promising PFS as a front-line treatment for patients with KRAS G12C NSCLC [98]. Here, KRAS is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
