Univariable analysis identified intravenous antibiotic (IAB) treatment as significantly associated with worse overall survival (OS, p = 0.003), invasive disease-free survival (p = 0.036), breast cancer-specific survival (BCSS, p = 0.011), and distant disease-free survival (p = 0.044), whereas G-CSF and oral antibiotics showed no significant effects. This evidence concerns the gene CSF3 and breast carcinoma.
