In a study of 256 ovarian cancer patients, serum TFPI2 ≥ 255 pg/mL was associated with shorter progression-free survival (PFS) in clear cell carcinoma, and ≥ 201 pg/mL was linked to reduced overall survival (OS) in non-clear cell carcinoma [18].
