A phase I clinical trial involving dose escalation and dose expansion (NCT05153330) of BMF-219, an oral covalent Menin inhibitor, is currently underway through 4 cohorts for adult patients with R/R acute leukemia with KMT2A-r or NPM1 mutation (Cohort 1), diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (Cohort 2), multiple myeloma (MM) (Cohort 3), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) (Cohort 4). This evidence concerns the gene NPM1 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
