These included CC motif chemokine ligands CCL3 (MIP-1A), CCL4 (MIP-1B), CCL5 (RANTES); CXC motif chemokine ligands CXCL2 (MIP-2A), CXCL3 (MIP-2B), CXCL8 (IL-8); granzymes GZMK, GZMM; IFNG (IFN-γ); IL18; IL1B; and TNF (TNF-α) — several of these have been previously identified in people with MS (94–96). The gene discussed is CXCL2; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
