F7 and platelet-type von Willebrand disease: The main aetiologies of the non-traumatic intramedullary hemorrhage are arteriovenous malformations and cavernomas, followed by complications of anticoagulant therapy (warfarin), congenital anomalies of coagulation (von Willebrand’s disease, factor VII, VIII or IX deficiency), primary marrow tumours (ependymoma, astrocytoma and primary melanoma of the central nervous system) or metastasis (melanoma, lung, breast and renal cell carcinoma), and less frequently, are secondary to radiotherapy [2, 3].
