PAM16 and ovarian carcinoma: In this study, we extensively analysed the expression of Magmas protein in different stages and grades of ovarian cancer and systematically studied how BT#9 affects, mitochondrial phosphorylation, mitochondrial membrane permeability, ROS production, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, proliferation, migration, chemosensitivity in vitro, tumour progression and overall survival in a nude mouse model.
